All Rates are based on Single or Double Occupany

Non-Peak Nightly Rates begin at $99.00

Peak Season Nightly Rates begin at $109.00

Special Events - New Years, Sugar Bowl, French Quarter Festival, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving begin at $129.00 per night

Special Events - Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest begin at $169.00 per night

Additonal persons $20.00 each per night

Minimum Stay Required for all stays. 2 night minimum during Non-Peak times and 3, 4 or 5 night minimum stay for Special Events. Length based on Special Event

All Rates are subject to change.

Meals:

Extended Self-Serve Continental Breakfast is available in the Common Room 24 hours a day

Parking:

We offer limited off-street parking in our driveway. Large and oversized vehicles do not fit. There is usually plenty of on-street parking in the neighborhood.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the Guest House. Smoking is allowed outside. The burning of candles or incense in the Guest House is not allowed.

Pets:

While we love pets, we are no longer able to accommodate them at the Guest House

Children:

In consideration of other guests, children under the age of 16 are not allowed. (unless you reserve all rooms). Childcare is not provided.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted. (Bring Your Own)

Reservations:

All Reservations must be guaranteed with an acceptable credit card. (American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa)

Reservations are non-transferable and may not be sold to or through a third party

Please provide us with an approximate time of arrival so we can be sure someone is here to greet you.

Deposit:

A deposit equal to the amount of one nights stay is required for Non-Peak stays.

A deposit of 50% of the toal stay is required for Special Events (New Years, Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Fest, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving)

Cancellations:

14 days prior to arrival during Non-Peak Season

60 days prior to arrival during Special Events (New Years, Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Fest, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving)

A $25.00 cancellation fee may be retained.

If not cancelled within the above time frame, your deposit may not be refundable. Rufunds will only be issued if we are able to re-book the accommodations.

Please remember, we are a small Bed and Breakfast and cancellations or early departures impact us greatly.
